1. Bendrosios nuostatos

1.1. Šios Pirkimo–pardavimo taisyklės (toliau – Taisyklės) nustato Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo teises, pareigas, atsakomybę bei kitas sąlygas, susijusias su prekių įsigijimu internetinėje parduotuvėje www.manohub.net (toliau – E-parduotuvė).

1.2. Pardavėjas pasilieka teisę bet kada keisti ar papildyti Taisykles. Apie pakeitimus registruoti vartotojai informuojami el. paštu.

2. Asmens duomenų apsauga

2.1. Pirkėjo asmens duomenys tvarkomi vadovaujantis galiojančiais teisės aktais ir Pardavėjo privatumo politika.

3. Sutarties sudarymas

3.1. Sutartis tarp Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo laikoma sudaryta nuo momento, kai Pirkėjas, suformavęs prekių krepšelį E-parduotuvėje, paspaudžia mygtuką „Pateikite užsakymą“.

3.2. Kiekviena sudaryta sutartis registruojama E-parduotuvės sistemoje.

4. Pirkėjo teisės

4.1. Pirkėjas turi teisę naudotis E-parduotuvės paslaugomis, laikydamasis Taisyklių.

4.2. Pirkėjas turi teisę atsisakyti sutarties per 14 kalendorinių dienų nuo prekių gavimo dienos, apie tai raštu informuodamas Pardavėją.

4.3. Sutarties atsisakymo teisė galioja tik tuo atveju, jei prekė nebuvo naudota, pažeista ar kitaip pakitusi.

5. Pirkėjo pareigos

5.1. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja:

  • 5.1.1. Atsiskaityti už prekes ir jas priimti.
  • 5.1.2. Neteikti neteisingos ar klaidinančios informacijos.
  • 5.1.3. Neatskleisti savo prisijungimo duomenų tretiesiems asmenims.
  • 5.1.4. Nedelsdamas informuoti Pardavėją apie duomenų praradimą.
  • 5.1.5. Atnaujinti pasikeitusius kontaktinius duomenis.
  • 5.1.6. Naudotis E-parduotuve laikantis galiojančių teisės aktų ir šių Taisyklių.

6. Pardavėjo teisės

6.1. Pardavėjas turi teisę:

  • 6.1.1. Sustabdyti ar apriboti Pirkėjo prieigą prie E-parduotuvės, jei šis pažeidžia Taisykles.
  • 6.1.2. Laikinai ar visam laikui sustabdyti E-parduotuvės veiklą.
  • 6.1.3. Anuliuoti Pirkėjo užsakymą, jei mokėjimas negautas per 2 darbo dienas.

7. Pardavėjo pareigos

7.1. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja:

  • 7.1.1. Sudaryti galimybę naudotis E-parduotuve.
  • 7.1.2. Saugiomis sąlygomis tvarkyti Pirkėjo asmens duomenis.
  • 7.1.3. Pristatyti užsakytas prekes pagal nustatytą tvarką.
  • 7.1.4. Negalėdamas įvykdyti užsakymo, pasiūlyti analogišką prekę arba grąžinti pinigus per 2 darbo dienas.

8. Kainos ir atsiskaitymo tvarka

8.1. Visos kainos E-parduotuvėje pateikiamos eurais (EUR) su PVM.

8.2. Galimi atsiskaitymo būdai:

  • 8.2.1. Grynaisiais atsiimant prekes Šiauliuose.
  • 8.2.2. Per elektroninę bankininkystę.

8.3. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja sumokėti už prekes per 2 darbo dienas nuo užsakymo pateikimo.

9. Prekių pristatymas

9.1. Pirkėjas privalo pateikti tikslius pristatymo duomenis.

9.2. Pristatymas vykdomas per kurjerių tarnybas arba Lietuvos paštą.

9.3. Pristatymo mokestis priklauso nuo siuntos svorio.

9.4. Jei prekė yra sandėlyje, ji išsiunčiama per 2 darbo dienas nuo apmokėjimo.

9.5. Pirkėjas privalo prekių pristatymo metu patikrinti siuntos būklę. Pastebėjus pažeidimus, surašomas siuntos pažeidimo aktas.

10. Prekių kokybė ir garantijos

10.1. Prekių savybės nurodytos jų aprašymuose E-parduotuvėje.

10.2. Prekėms gali būti taikomos gamintojo ar Pardavėjo garantijos, apie kurias informuojama atskirai.

10.3. Prekių atvaizdai E-parduotuvėje gali skirtis nuo tikrųjų prekių dėl skirtingų ekrano nustatymų.

11. Grąžinimo sąlygos

11.1. Nekokybiškos arba neatitinkančios sutarties sąlygų prekės keičiamos ar grąžinamos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais.

11.2. Jei grąžinti ar pakeisti prekę nėra galimybės, Pardavėjas grąžina Pirkėjui sumokėtą sumą.

12. Atsakomybė

12.1. Pirkėjas atsako už pateiktų duomenų tikslumą ir savo veiksmus naudodamasis E-parduotuve.

12.2. Jei trečiasis asmuo naudojasi Pirkėjo paskyra, laikoma, kad veikė pats Pirkėjas.

12.3. Pardavėjas neatsako už žalą, atsiradusią dėl Taisyklių nesilaikymo.

12.4. Žalą atlygina kaltoji šalis.

13. Informacijos perdavimas

13.1. Visi pranešimai tarp šalių vykdomi el. paštu. Pardavėjas kontaktuoja su Pirkėju per užsakymo metu pateiktą el. paštą.

13.2. Pirkėjas bet kokiais klausimais kreipiasi naudodamasis E-parduotuvėje nurodytais kontaktais.

14. Baigiamosios nuostatos

14.1. Šios Taisyklės parengtos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais.

14.2. Visi ginčai sprendžiami derybų būdu, o nesusitarus – Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter – the “Terms”) define the rights, duties, responsibilities, and other conditions related to the purchase of goods in the online store www.manohub.net (hereinafter – the “Online Store”) by the Buyer and the Seller.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Registered users will be informed of such changes via email.

2. Personal Data Protection

2.1. The Buyer’s personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable legal acts and the Seller’s Privacy Policy.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

3.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart in the Online Store, clicks the “Submit Order” button.

3.2. Each concluded agreement is registered in the Online Store system.

4. Buyer’s Rights

4.1. The Buyer has the right to use the Online Store services in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by notifying the Seller in writing.

4.3. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product has not been used, damaged, or otherwise altered.

5. Buyer’s Obligations

5.1. The Buyer undertakes to:

  • 5.1.1. Pay for the ordered goods and accept them;
  • 5.1.2. Not provide false or misleading information;
  • 5.1.3. Not disclose their login credentials to third parties;
  • 5.1.4. Immediately notify the Seller if login data is lost;
  • 5.1.5. Update any changed contact information;
  • 5.1.6. Use the Online Store in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Seller’s Rights

6.1. The Seller has the right to:

  • 6.1.1. Suspend or restrict the Buyer’s access to the Online Store if the Buyer violates these Terms;
  • 6.1.2. Temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the Online Store;
  • 6.1.3. Cancel the Buyer’s order if payment is not received within 2 business days.

7. Seller’s Obligations

7.1. The Seller undertakes to:

  • 7.1.1. Ensure the functionality of the Online Store;
  • 7.1.2. Securely process the Buyer’s personal data;
  • 7.1.3. Deliver the ordered goods in accordance with the established procedure;
  • 7.1.4. If unable to fulfill the order, offer an equivalent product or return the money within 2 business days.

8. Pricing and Payment Procedure

8.1. All prices in the Online Store are indicated in euros (EUR) including VAT.

8.2. Available payment methods:

  • 8.2.1. Cash upon pickup in Šiauliai;
  • 8.2.2. Online banking.

8.3. The Buyer agrees to pay for the goods within 2 business days from the order submission date.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information.

9.2. Delivery is carried out via courier services or Lithuanian Post.

9.3. Delivery fees depend on the weight of the shipment.

9.4. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

9.5. The Buyer must inspect the shipment upon delivery. If damage is found, a damage report must be filled out.

10. Product Quality and Warranties

10.1. Product characteristics are described in their listings in the Online Store.

10.2. Products may have warranties provided by the manufacturer or the Seller, which will be specified separately.

10.3. Product images in the Online Store may differ from actual appearance due to monitor settings.

11. Return Conditions

11.1. Defective or non-conforming goods shall be returned or exchanged in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. If it is not possible to return or exchange a product, the Seller will refund the amount paid.

12. Liability

12.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for actions taken while using the Online Store.

12.2. If a third party uses the Buyer’s account, it is considered that the Buyer has acted personally.

12.3. The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from violation of these Terms.

12.4. Damages shall be compensated by the guilty party.

13. Communication

13.1. All communications between the parties shall be conducted via email. The Seller communicates with the Buyer using the email provided during the order.

13.2. The Buyer may contact the Seller using the contact information provided in the Online Store.

14. Final Provisions

14.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

14.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
